Refund and Returns Policy

1. Scope of Services

Aatmanya offers spiritual consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Tarot Reading
• Vedic Astrology
• Prashna Kundali
• Numerology
• Runes
• Rituals, etc.

One free tarot reading is provided per client. If more than one question is asked, additional questions require payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you have submitted your question and the reading or consultancy report has not yet been delivered to your registered email ID, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

If the reading or consultancy report has been delivered through any medium, including WhatsApp, personal meeting, email, or otherwise, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, if eligible, contact us at connect@aatmanya.com.

Refunds will be processed only for the service amount. Any bank or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days, with a maximum of 10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping of Goods

If your order includes physical goods, such as printed reports, shipping charges are borne by the client and are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Timelines

Reports are typically delivered within 2–3 working days, depending on the reader’s availability and the number of pending requests.

All services are delivered on a first-come, first-served basis, even for paid consultations.
